We’re as serious about kids’ safety online as we are about them having fun – so we built Poki Kids just for them. We sometimes receive questions about our service and we’ve put the most common ones below. If you have another one though, please get in touch at kids@poki.com.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY OF THE GAMES?

No. Every game is 100% free.

CAN MY CHILD CHAT WITH OTHERS ON POKI KIDS?

No, not at all. Poki Kids doesn’t have a user login or chat system.

DO YOU TRACK PERSONAL DATA?

No, we don’t use any tracking cookies. Actually, we don’t use any cookies at all on this website, except those necessary to keep this website running properly and to enable players to save their game progress and continue playing when they come back. HOW DO YOU SAFEGUARD CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY?

Poki Kids is GDPR compliant, and even more than that. Instead of asking for parental consent under the GDPR to process your children’s data in an unnecessary manner, we simply chose not to process their data in such manner. Also, in view of the further measures that we took, Poki Kids supports and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). COPPA is a law applicable in the U.S.A. that imposes very strict rules on for example websites targeted at children. Because we feel this is always important, we also adhere to these rules for users outside the U.S.A. It’s why we received the kidSAFE+COPPA Seal certification, which is an FTC-approved COPPA certification program.
