Parents Guide

Thanks for stopping by!

We’re as serious about kids safety online as we are about them having fun – so we built Poki Kids just for them. We sometimes receive questions about our service and we’ve put the most common ones below. If you have another one though, please get in touch at kids@poki.com

Do I have to pay for any of the games?

No. Every game is 100% free. We can do this by showing age appropriate ads from responsible companies.

What if I do see an inappropriate ad?

Should you come across something you believe is inappropriate, please let us know. Send an email to kids@poki.com, including specific details, i.e. screenshots, the game’s name, and any relevant detail – and we’ll look into it right away.

Can my child chat with others on Poki Kids?

Not at all, Poki Kids doesn’t have a user login or chat system.

Do you track personal data?

No. Poki Kids does not ask for or save any personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about data. If you are a parent or legal guardian and have questions about data tracking or think your child has given us information, you can email us at kids@poki.com

How do you safeguard children’s online privacy?

We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children’s use of online activities regularly. Poki Kids supports and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable laws for all users in the United States. It’s why we were are undergoing the kidSAFE+COPPA Seal certification, which is an FTC-approved COPPA certification program.
